Bengaluru, 29 May 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Ministerial aspirants started lobbying Tuesday, with Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamyreportedly planning cabinet expansion or reshuffle in a bid to save the Congress-Janata Dal (Secular) coalition government in Karnataka. The development came as Kumaraswamy himself swung into action by personally meeting disgruntled legislators, mainly from the Congress and made attempts to pacify them. He also said that the finance bill prepared by the previous Congress-JD(S) government would be tabled by him in the assembly on Monday, without any changes. “On Monday hundred per cent I will prove the majority,” Yediyurappa told reporters here. A local fisherman named Rithesh who spotted the body intimated authorities, following which police reached the spot.
