Elderly Muslim Man Beaten To Death by Neighbours in Bihar Village, Five Arrested

New Delhi, 23 Sep 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: A group of men and women allegedly beat to death a 65-year-old  Muslim man on Wednesday following an argument in Madhepura distict of Bihar, his family said. Yogendra Kumar, Superintendent of police Madhepura told Clarion India that a case of murder has been registered against nine people in which five people, including four women have been arrested so far. He, however, added that the police are waiting for post-mortem report to ascertain the cause of death. A complaint filed by Suber Alam, son of the deceased Mohammad Akbar, says that group of women who live in the house of their neighbour Raja Kumar Bhagat fatally thrashed his father. Telangana gears up for ‘Million March’ against KCR government

Hyderabad, 10 Mar 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: Scores of activists were taken into preventive custody across Telangana as a Joint Action Committee (JAC) is gearing up to stage the “Million March” on Saturday to expose the failures of the K.Chandrasekhar Rao government.
