ಇಟಾನಗರ: 24 ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ (ಫಿಕ್ರೋಖಬರ್ ಸುದ್ದಿ) ಅರುಣಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶದವರಲ್ಲದ ಆದಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನೆಲೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಇದೀಗ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಗೋಲಿಬಾರ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓರ್ವ ಯುವಕ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ನಾಂಸಾಯಿ, ಚನಾಗ್ಲಂಗ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಆರು ಆದಿವಾಸಿ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರುಣಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಯಂ ಆಗಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ 18 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಇಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ಪುಂಡಾಟಿಕೆ ತೋರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಇಟಾನಗರದ ಡೆಪ್ಯುಟಿ ಕಮೀಷನರ್​ ಕಚೇರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಠಾಣೆಯನ್ನು ಧ್ವಂಸಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಚೌನ ಮೈನ್​ರ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಧ್ವಂಸಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಸಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಬಳಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂದ್​ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಪರದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರ ಪುಂಡಾಟಿಕೆ ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಲು ಐಟಿಬಿಪಿಯ 6  ಕಂಪನಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಇಟಾ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಟಾನಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ನಹಾರ್ಲಗನ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಟರ್​ನೆಟ್​ ಸೇವೆ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಫೈರಿಂಗ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್​ ವಾಹನ ಸೇರಿ 150ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಇಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು, ನಿನ್ನೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ತೂರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂದೂ ಕೂಡ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
