ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಕಗ್ಗೊಲೆ- ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್

ಶ್ರೀನಗರ:  22 ನವೆಂಬರ್ (ಫಿಕ್ರೋಖಬರ್ ಸುದ್ದಿ) ಜಮ್ಮು- ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಅಸಂವಿಧಾನಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು,  ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಕಗ್ಗೊಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಖಂಡ ಮನೀಷ್ ತಿವಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಪಿಡಿಪಿ, ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾನ್ಪರೆನ್ಸ್,  ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್  ಬಹುಮತ ಸಾಬೀತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಲು  ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ವಿಸರ್ಜಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಹತ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸವಾಲು ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮನೀಷ್ ತಿವಾರಿಟ್ವೀಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ,  ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕಾನ್ಪರೆನ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿಡಿಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಉಗ್ರರ ಪರವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮನೀಷ್ ತಿವಾರಿ, ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುತಾತ್ಮರಾದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷದವರ ನಾಯಕನ ಹೆಸರು ಹೇಳಲಿ ಎಂದು ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಹಳೆಯದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನು ಜಮ್ಮು-ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಹೇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಪಿ. ಚಿದಂಬರಂ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

As long as no one staked a claim to form government, J&K Governor was happy to keep Assembly under suspension. The moment someone staked a claim, he dissolved the Assembly! Parliamentary democracy standing on its head!

The Westminster model of democracy is outdated. Like in all other matters, it is the Gujarat model that has appealed to the J&K Governor
