Mangaluru, 31 Mar 2020 [Fik/News Sources]: After three days of complete lockdown, as police tightened their grip on people’s movements, district in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary gave a one-time relaxation from 6 am to 3 am for people who wanted to by essential needs. That brief relaxation seems to have helped many in the district as people thronged the markets and super bazaars of the city early in the morning on Tuesday, March 31.
