Activists in Jerusalem protest demolition policy

JERUSALEM, 27 July 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: A group of Palestinian and Israeli activists protested Thursday against Israel’s demolition policy aimed at razing Palestinian homes in occupied East Jerusalem. They gathered at Peres Square in West Jerusalem near Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence and chanted slogans against the policy as well as Israel’s violations against Palestinians. Carrying placards with slogans expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people, the activists called on Israel to end discrimination and to restore their rights. West Bank: Israeli troops shoot Palestinian woman dead

RAMALLAH, 18 Sep 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: A Palestinian woman was martyred by Israeli forces near the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Wednesday. Bin Salman takes responsibility for Khashoggi murder

ISTANBUL, 30 Sep 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has accepted responsibility for the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, but denied ordering the murder. Asked in an interview with CBS News if he ordered Khashoggi’s murder, bin Salman said “absolutely not”. “This was a heinous crime. But I take full responsibility as a leader in Saudi Arabia, especially since it was committed by individuals working for the Saudi government,” he said.
