Prophetic Medicine Council launched to organize its practitioners
New Delhi, 10 Mar 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: With an aim to promote Prophetic medicine (Al-Tibb al-nabawī) in the country, Kerala based Traditional Prophetic Medicine Association Trust (TPMAT) has launched the Supreme Twibb Council. The Council will provide a platform to Prophetic Medicine physicians and doctors and it will also provide training for those doctors who are interested in practicing Prophetic Medicine. Council president Dr Muhammed Gafoor Saquafi said the idea of forming the council came after the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has recognized Prophetic medicine as one of the Alternative Medicines and the Supreme Court ruling for Practice of Alternative Medicine. India has world's fourth strongest military: Military Direct's study
New Delhi, 21 Mar 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: China has the strongest military force in the world while India stands at number four, according to a study released on Sunday by defence website Military Direct. "The USA, despite their enormous military budgets, comes in 2nd place with 74 points, followed by Russia with 69, India at 61 and then France with 58. The UK just about makes the Top 10, coming in 9th place with a score of 43," said the study. The study said "ultimate military strength index" was calculated after taking into consideration various factors including budgets, number of inactive and active military personnel, total air, sea, land and nuclear resources, average salaries, and weight of equipment. Tablighi Markaz in Delhi’s Nizamuddin Reopens, Though With Strict Restrictions
New Delhi, 30 Mar 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: The Nizamuddin Markaz building of Tablighi Jamaat hosted a small gathering of 50 people on the eve of Shab-e-Barat on Sunday. This was the first time since March 28 last year that a gathering has been allowed inside the premises. A policeman guarded the gate of the building and checked the permits of the worshipers before they were allowed to enter. The Markaz had emerged as the first major coronavirus hotspot, sending fear across the country as administration scrambled for strict measures to curb the spread of the infection.
