Not collecting funds for Ram Mandir: VHP
New Delhi, 17 Nov 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), which spearheaded the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, clarified on Sunday that it is not collecting any fund for the construction of the proposed Ram Temple. Milind Parande, the international secretary general of VHP in a statement has said: “Since 1989, neither VHP nor Shri Ram Janmbhumi Nyas had collected or made any announcement to collect funds for the Temple at birth place of Bhagwan Shri Ram. “In present time too, VHP or Shri Ram Janmbhumi Nyas had neither made any such appeal nor doing so.” Asked on what prompted the VHP to issue a statement, its spokesperson Vinod Bansal said, the VHP is apprehensive of illegal collection of funds in name of VHP for Ram Mandir. Owaisi hints at launching ”jail bharo andolan”
New Delhi, 03 Feb 2020 [Fik/News Sources]: AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday hinted at the possibility of a nation-wide ”jail bharo andolan” as part of the ongoing protests against the CAA, the NRC and the NPR. Addressing a meeting of women, the Hyderabad MP said the country”s jail will prove insufficient to keep the protestors. “We want to tell (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi that a time will come when we will decide launching jail bharo andolan,” he said. Owaisi pointed out that all the jails in the country can house only three lakh people. “If we all come on roads, the jails will not be sufficient,” he said. The face of Delhi Violence caught by Muslims, handed over to police unharmed
New Delhi, 27 Feb 2020 [Fik/News Sources]: A Hindu youth who became the face of terror during Delhi violence has been caught by Muslims in the same locality on Wednesday while he was rioting. But in a show of goodwill gesture Muslims didn’t do any harm to him and handed over to police . In a video which went viral on social media on Monday, the man who seems part of the violent mob – was shown abusing Muslims , shouting ‘Muslims should go to Pakistan’ etc .
