Trump says not considering sanctions on North Korea

WASHINGTON, 24 Sep 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: The U.S. is not considering sanctions on North Korea, President Donald Trump said Monday in a sit-down with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.  The meeting came on the sidelines of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. "I'm not considering actions. We're getting along very well with North Korea," said Trump. "I have a good relationship with Kim Jong Un. And we're not considering actions at all." The U.S. and North Korea have not met since the second summit between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Hanoi, Vietnam ended abruptly in February. Twin explosions at armory in southeast Turkey wound 17

SANLIURFA, 14 Nov 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Seventeen people were wounded during two simultaneous explosions in Turkey’s southeastern Sanliurfa province, the provincial governor said late Wednesday. They included a civilian on the balcony of a nearby house and 16 on-duty soldiers, Sanliurfa Governor Abdullah Erin told reporters in front of the command building after inspecting the area. Following the explosions, which occurred at the 20th Armored Brigade Command in Haliliye district, provincial authorities said initial reports indicated there were 14 wounded. Erin said both explosions occurred in the armory and that the first one triggered the second.
