Turkey's indigenous car to contribute 50B euros to GDP

ANKARA, 13 Jun 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Tuesday that Turkey's first indigenous automobile would contribute 50 billion euros ($58.7 billion) to the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Erdogan said on Twitter that the electric car will also reduce Turkey’s dependency on petroleum. “Our electric automobile that will hit the roads in 2021 will contribute 50 billion euros to GDP, reducing oil dependency. Trump denies claim he sought Assad's assassination

WASHINGTON, 06 Sep 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday denied claims in a forthcoming book that he sought the assassination of Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad and his top officials after a deadly chemical attack. ‘You are not alone,’ OIC delegation tells Rohingya after visiting their camps

DHAKA, 13 Sep 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: A 20-member delegation of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) expressed solidarity with the Rohingya refugees when it visited them in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, on Wednesday, telling them that they are not alone. Nine members of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) also joined the delegation. “We express our solidarity with you, also show our determination that you are not alone,” M.
