Kashmir to figure prominently as Modi, Trump to meet

Hindu parties cite 1886 judge”s observation of Ayodhya site

New Delhi, 16 Oct 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: The Hindu parties on Tuesday rebutted the Muslim side”s contention that they never made claim on the title of the disputed land in Ayodhya between 1885 to 1989, by citing the observations of a judge who visited the disputed site on March 17, 1886. Senior advocate K. I am still suffering from Kashmir hangover: Satya Pal Malik

New Delhi, 30 Nov 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Goa Governor Satya Pal Malik, who till recently was the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday said that he still suffers from a Kashmir hangover. Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 50th edition of the International Film Festival of India, Malik, who oversaw a landmark political and constitutional transition in the region during his stint there, said that not a single bullet had been fired in J&K ever since the revocation of Article 370 in August this year. “I just arrived in Goa three weeks ago.
