Army chief pardons Myanmar soldiers killing Rohingya

YANGON, 30 May 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Myanmar army chief ordered the release of seven soldiers who got lengthy prison sentence for involving in the murder of 10 Rohingya men the western Rakhine state, a military spokesman admitted, according to local media. Reuters in an exclusive story published on Monday said that Myanmar has granted early release to the jailed soldiers in November last year, after serving less than a year of their10-year prison terms for the Rohingya massacre in Rakhine state in late 2017. Turkey already bought Russian S-400 systems: Erdogan

ANKARA, 13 June 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: Turkey has already bought the Russian S-400 missile defense systems, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday, stressing that it is a done deal. “I'm not saying Turkey will buy S-400 defense systems, it has already bought them; we’ve closed the deal,” Erdogan told his ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party’s group meeting in the capital Ankara.
