CHANDIGARH, 19 Mar 2019 [Fik/News Sources]: One of seven Indian nationals kidnapped in northeastern Afghanistan last year has safely returned to India, New Delhi announced on Monday. India's Ministry of External Affairs expressed gratitude to Afghanistan for its support in securing the man's release and repatriation from the province of Baghlan. Wang Qishan was received at Noor Khan Airbase in the capital Islamabad by Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Planning Minister Khusro Bakhtiar.
