Kerala: Special Court Grants Bail to Campus Front Leader in Money Laundering Case

New Delhi, 13 Feb 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: The Special Court for Money Laundering cases in Kerala on Friday granted bail to Campus Front of India (CFI) national secretary Rauf Sheriff jailed on accusations of  money laundering case against him which is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate. However, according to The New Indian Express, Rauf is unlikely  to execute the bail as he may be arrested by Uttar Pradesh police in a case registered under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) against Malayali journalist Siddique Kappan and three others who were on way to meet the family of Hathras gang-rape victim. Rahul Gandhi slams Centre over rising fuel prices

New Delhi, 22 Feb 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: Taking a jibe at the Central government over rising fuel prices, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday said that the Union government is doing a great job of emptying public pocket and giving it to 'friends' for free. "While re-filling oil in the car on the petrol pump, when you look at the fast-rising meter, must remember that the price of crude oil has not increased, but it has decreased. Petrol is Rs 100/liter. Pakistan approves resumption of bilateral trade with India

New Delhi, 01 Apr 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: In a huge step towards the normalisation of India-Pakistan bilateral relations, Pakistan on Wednesday approved the resumption of bilateral trade between the two countries and decided to import cotton from India at least till June 30 this year, according to reports from Islamabad. Also, Pakistan is expected to soon import white sugar from India.
