Mangaluru: Customs officials at MIA confiscate goods worth lakhs of rupees including gold

Mangaluru, 04 Oct 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: Customs officials at the Mangaluru International Airport have seized gold and perfume worth lakhs of rupees from a passenger from Bhatkal who arrived by a flight from Dubai.

The passenger was found in possession of gold biscuits weighing 201.200 grams and valued at Rs 9,57,712, gold coin weighing 24 grams and valued at Rs 1,04,640, an Apple iPhone  worth Rs 1,02,600 and 12 bottles of perfume worth Rs 1,69,500.
