Bhatkal: Condolence meeting was held on the demise of Maulana Noor-ul-Amin Sahib, Imam of Masjid-e-Ayesha

Bhatkal, 11 Mar 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: On the demise of Maulana Noorul Amin Sahib, former Imam of Ayesha Masjid and active and dynamic member of Majlis Millia and YMSA, a condolence meeting was held at Tanzeem (Millia) Masjid in which many virtues of the late were mentioned. Explaining his high morals and character, he also advised to adopt him in his life.

On this occasion, the scholars and officials said that their simplicity, the spirit of service and the qualities of each of them that came to work can never be good. Whenever they were called for any kind of cooperation from the mosque and the neighborhood and other institutions, they would immediately come and feel happy and at peace by serving in their own special way. Today he is not with us. Every single thing he says is remembered. Huge crowd present at his funeral is a proof of his popularity.

Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Sahib Nadvi, a well-known personality of Bhatkal city, said that the spirit of first service is not in the people and if there is, then his name and appearance is put in front but the late Maulana Noor-ul-Amin Sahib left after selfless service. His heart was free from all kinds of envy and jealousy. Maulana said quoting a hadith that this alone is enough for his forgiveness. Maulana added that at the same time he was very patient and thankful. In his last days when I found out that he was very ill, I went there with some of my friends and he was not there. He was still in service. Similarly, the manner in which Maulana Abul Hassan Ali Nadvi has worked on the occasion of the inauguration of the Islamic Academy and Ali Public School is beyond description.

Khatib Masjid Millia Maulana Muhammad Ansar Sahib Nadvi Madani said that the relationship has a great impact and the late had a great relationship with the mosque, the Qur'an and the people of the Qur'an and we hope that because of this relationship his resurrection will be with him. ۔ He was also an active member of the Jamia. He used to offer his services in any program. Maulana also termed his death as a loss for the Jamia.

Maulana Usama Sahib, a lecturer at Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, said that the late Maulana had served him in many ways. When they were called for any work, they would come. If they were called at night or at any time of the day, they would arrive in minutes. Similarly, when a bath is needed. Regardless of the condition of the deceased, he would perform his service and do so for the sake of Allah.

Mr. Atiq-ur-Rehman Muniri, President, YMSA, said that Masjid Millia, Masjid Ayesha and YMSA would always be at the forefront in offering their services. There is no enmity with anyone and he lived his whole life with great simplicity, because of these attributes he is being remembered today.

Maulana Rehmatullah Sahib Nadvi, brother of the late, while describing the attributes of the late, said that one of his most important attributes is the reward of mercy. Had there been ups and downs with brothers, sisters and other relatives, we would have realized the next day that nothing had happened yesterday. In the same way, they used to entertain everyone. Even in the days of illness, when he had to go home, he would not let them go without some food and drink.

In the end, Nazim Jamia Islamia Bhatkal Master Shafi Sahib, while talking about preparing for death and worrying about it, clearly stated the purpose of holding a condolence meeting and also advised to adopt the attributes of the deceased in one's life. 

Mr. Javed Armar presented a condolence statement to the Construction Committee of Majlis-e-Millia in view of these services. Similarly, keeping in view the services rendered for YMSA, a condolence letter was also offered by the said organization which was read out by Maulvi Ikrash Nadvi.
