Bhatkal: Launch of Maulana Hashim Nizam Nadvi's book "Hayat-e-Iqbal" on various aspects of Maulana Muhammad Iqbal Mulla nadvi's life

Bhatkal, 04 Feb 2021 [Fik/News Sources]: "Hayat-e-Iqbal" by Maulana Syed Hashim Nizam Nadvi, Editor-in-Chief of Fikrokhabar, was launched later yesterday on 3 Feb at the Maulana Abul Hassan Ali Nadvi Islamic Academy Bhatkal under the patronage of Maulana Maqbool Ahmad Kobte Nadvi. 

Hayat-e-Iqbal has been written on the former Qazi of Jamaat-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal and former President of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Iqbal Mullah Nadvi, who passed away a few months ago after a short illness. 

In this book, an attempt was made to bring to light various aspects of Maulana's life and at the same time the long standing relationship of Editor-in-Chief Maulana Syed Hashim Sahib with Hazrat Wala was also mentioned. At the same time, the characteristics of his comprehensive accomplishments were also described.

On this occasion, Editor-in-Chief Maulana Syed Hashim Nizam Nadvi said that the launching ceremony of this book was not a far-fetched idea but President Fikrokhabar Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Sahib Nadvi insisted that this book should be launched. The efforts of Mufti Abdul Noor Nadvi in ​​the authorship of this book are very much involved who did not allow my article to be published in installments and kept saying that it would be better to bring it to light in book form. 

Similarly, our special comrades Maulana Noman Sahib Akrami Nadvi and Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Sahib Nadvi also insisted. Mentioning his relationship, Maulana said that whenever Bhatkal had to come, he would spend my nights with him and the truth is that the benefit gained from the scholars cannot be obtained from books. Thanking Allah for bringing this book to light, he also mentioned the kindness of his father Syed Nizam Sahib Damat Barkatham and said that due to his thoughts and relationship with him, we studied at the Jamia.

Maulana Mohammad Ilyas Nadvi, President Fikrokhabar, while highlighting various aspects of the life of the late Maulana, said that his personality was comprehensive and he was a man of determination. As long as he remained among us, he preferred piety to fatwa, and his greatest characteristic was his confidence in religious education. Sending a message in this regard, Maulana said that today the confidence of the new generation in faith and the self-confidence of the graduates in religious education is declining. Maulana said that he was introduced to the institutions and he honored the positions here. Regarding Maulana Syed Hashim Nizam Sahib Nadvi, the author of Maulana Hayat-e-Iqbal, he said that Allah has placed different talents in different people but has accumulated many talents in Maulana Hashim Sahib. He is also a prolific writer and a good poet. He also wrote a book, an essay and an obituary on the late Maulana.

The meeting started with the recitation of Maulvi Abul Hassan SM and Naat was presented by Maulvi Anas Abu Hasina. The aims and objectives of the meeting and the guests were welcomed by Maulana Abdul Ahad Fakarde Nadvi and Maulana Mufti Abdul Noor Fakarde Nadvi performed the duties of director.

The ceremony came to an end with the prayers of Maulana Farooq Sahib Nadvi.
