Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan, Shivamoga Qazi Alhaj PM Ibrahim Musliyar Bekal passes away

Mangaluru, 24 Sep 2020 [Fik/News Sources]: Senior  Islamic scholar and Qazi of Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan and Shivamogga disricts,  Al Haj  P M Ibrahim Musliyar Bekal passed away at a private hospital in the city on September 24, Thursday. He was 71 years of age and is survived by his wife, three sons, two daughters  and a host of well-wishers.

Qazi Ibrahim Musliyar Bekal  hailed from Naringana in Bantwal taluk.  Popularly known as  Bekal Ustad, he was the  State President of Sunni Jamiyyatul UIlema and Principal of Jamiya SaAdiya Arabic Shariyat College and  Chief Editor of Al Ansar magazine.

  Bekal Ustad had  graduated from the Deoband Arabic  College and had served Soorinje and Bantwal Juma Masjids for two  years. He  had later served as Mudarris of Bekal for 43 years.
