GREAT SCHOLAR MOULANA MULLA IQBAL(CHEIF QAZI JAMMAT UL MUSLIMEEN BHATKAL)

It was Wednesday afternoon. I was out for getting some snacks. One of my friend blocked my way and said, 'Qazi sahab is no more!!' I had no words to say, inna lillah wa inna ilaihi rajioon. 

I don't know much about Moulana, as if my father and some of my family members were too close to him. Moulana marhoom was born on 17th August 1945  (8th of Ramadan). 

Moulana marhoom was a man with all his good deeds I got to hear that he had suffered a lot due to his financial problems and had never asked or taken anything from anyone especially after becoming Qazi of bhatkal. 

Last night when we were talking about this topic, my aunt (wife of Moulana Abdul Bari), student of moulana, she told me that he never used to take book in his hand while teaching. She added, when moulana started teaching them, there was not a necessary of revising at home. This shows that he was not only a best qazi but was also an excellent teacher, even few days before the death of moulana, my 2nd brother used to visit moulanas house for studying some new things.

My father and moulana were very close to each other, I got to hear that moulana was calling my father by saying (syed sahab), even my grand father was too close to moulana and my grand father had also worked with moulana in some of his missions. That's the main reason that moulana used to visit our home. 

Maulana was a religious scholar who took advantage of his knowledge and showed the right path to the nation. May allah bless us  with more people like moulana marhoom. May allah grant him jannat al firdouse. Aameen ya rabbal aalameen.
