JD(S) to go with Congress in Zilla Panchayat poll

Bengaluru, 23 Feb 2019 [Fik/News Sources]:  After deciding to go with the BJP in the Mysuru ZP polls earlier in the day, the JD(S) did a reversal of sorts and decided to stick with the Congress following a discussion between JD(S) supremo Deve Gowda and Congress general secretary K.C. Venugopal.  The Mysuru Zilla Panchayat  is holding elections for its president and vice president posts on Saturday. JD(S) minister, Sa Ra Mahesh and Mysuru Kodagu MP, Pratap Simha of  BJP earlier met to finalise a deal.
