Bengaluru, 17 Nov 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: Former chief minister Siddaramaiah tweeted that the BJP has converted the Karnataka coastal region into a laboratory for Hindutva politics due to which its national leaders visit the place very often.

Retaliating the BJP in a series of tweets,

Tweet 1: Siddaramaiah said that though Amit Shah and Narendra Modi settled in Karnataka, the people would not support BJP in the Lok Sabha election.

Tweet 2: BJP wanted to keep the Ayodhya issue alive instead of constructing the Ram Mandir. At a time when the election is fast approaching, the BJP has stirred up Ram Mandir issue provoking the emotional feelings of people. It was just an effort to attract people towards it and people also aware about it, he tweeted.

Tweet 3: GT Deve Gowda was the district minister in Mysuru and SR Mahesh was the Cabinet minister. The Congress party required a voice in the district for which, they have asked the JDS to give the Mayor post to the Congress and it was justifiable demand.

Tweet 4: Till I am in politics, I would protect the interests of the Ahinda community. Ahinda is not just an organization. It is a movement. The movement will be alive till their demands are fulfilled and I will support it. Even now, I have been working as their voice.
