Appeal from School HM: SKSSF Moodabidri zone extends helping hand in removing tiles

Mangaluru, 13 Nov 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: On request of the school headmaster, the workers of the Moodabidri zonal SKSSF removed the tiles, reaps and other materials of the two classrooms of Bangabettu DK Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School which are in dilapidated condition, near Mijaru on Monday.

The classrooms were in dilapidated condition as they were around 90 years old and it was about to collapse. School head master M Narayan wrote a letter to the organisation and informed them about its condition. An anganwadi centre was also beside the school and appealed the organisation to remove them before falling down.

Following his request, more than 50 volunteers of ‘Vikhaya’ division removed the tiles and roof of the classrooms. SKSSF Moodabidri zonal president Abdulla Kotebagilu, Zonal secretary Farooq Vishal Nagar, Treasurer UK Muhammad Haji, Vikhaya president Zubair Kalai, Zahid Handelu, Thodar Cluster president Aboobakar Azhari, Ashraf Marodi, Althaf Musliyar, Sharfuddin Kashipattna, Zainuddin Paddandadka and others participated in the work.

SKSSF organization has been serving the society irrespective of castes and creeds and religion and got popularization. Now, the organization activists have participated in the shramadhan following our request. Let them continue their social service in future also, head master M Narayan said.
