Nasser Mahdani gets parole

Bengaluru, 30 Oct 2018 [Fik/News Sources]: The local court on Monday sanctioned parole to Madiwala bomb explosion main accused Abdul Nasser Mahdani.

Abdul Nasser Mahdani has been facing the charges of serial of bomb blasts in Madiwala in 2008. In 2017, he got the parole for his son’s marriage. Now, Mahdani has filed application for parole to see his mother who has been suffering from cancer. Considering his application, the court granted conditional parole to Mahdani.

Though Mahdani was in Parappana Agrahara Jail since 2010, he did not get bail. So, he had moved the Supreme Court for bail. The Court had granted medical bail on condition of getting treatment in his own cost. He was getting treatment at a house in Bengaluru.
